To reload your Cougar Card, go to one of the Value Transfer Stations on campus - here is a link to the map with those locations: http://www.uh.edu/cougar1card/VTSlocations.pdf
The Value Transfer Station located in the library basement must be accessed via the doors for the TSS/Uscholar entrance as shown on this map: http://info.lib.uh.edu/about/maps-directions/floor-maps/basement
