You can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard when searching.  For instance, using wom*n as a keyword will return results that contain woman, women, and womyn.  You can also use the asterisk at the end of a word.  For instance, a keyword search for engin* will return results that contain engine, engineer, engineering, etc.
