When using the MLA citation style, the type of information source you are citing dictates the format you will use to cite your source. The library has a copy of the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers at the Service Desk on the main floor of the M.D. Anderson library.

You can also consult online MLA style guides like the OWL at Purdue guide or Research and Documentation Online. These guides provide a detailed How-To-Cite guide for most common citation questions.

For more information, consult the MLA tab of the Citation Styles Research Guide.
