The folder is a temporary storage space used to save item records and then email or batch export citations, or download and request images for later use. 

To use the folder:

  • Navigate to the item you wish to use and click 'Save to Folder'.  Do this for as many items as you would like to use.  
  • Scroll to the top of the page and open your download folder.  You should now see a list of the items you saved to your folder. 
  • Using the buttons on this page you can email citation information, export citation information into popular citation management tools, and download or request images. 

As you are using the folder, keep in mind that the items you save will only be available during your session, which means you won’t be able to access them from another computer or during another visit to the Digital Library.
