How do I edit my staff directory profile?

1) Your profile is available to the public at https://apps.lib.uh.edu/staff/. If you want to make any changes, scroll to the bottom of any main directory listing page and click "Manage the Directory." (screenshot below)

 

 

2) If you're not already logged in to one of our other systems, you'll be prompted to log in using Library account credentials.

 

3) You'll be in the Admin area now. Click the "Update Profile" button to get started. (screenshot below)

 

 

4) There are four steps to updating your profile. They're presented to you in the following order:

  • Basic Directory Info
  • Photo
  • Subjects (relevant to subject librarians)
  • Links (to add a LinkedIn page URL or anything else)

Each step is saved as you move on to the next.
