Click +New in the top edit bar and choose Page. Choose a template or click Create Page in the bottom right corner.
Add a title and add your content.
When you're done click Publish in the edit bar. Choose if add to navigation, post as a news story, email, save as a template, copy the page's addresss, or simply click the X
